For appointments longer than 3 hours, I require a change of scenery. Extensions during the date are +800 per hour.
Minimum deposits apply. FMTY requires a 50% minimum deposit, plus first-class travel and accommodation expenses.
Couples add 500. Transportation reimbursement is additional for outcalls.
